Do you take a cut of my payments?+
No. Payments run through your own Stripe account, so money from invoices and deposits goes straight to you — never through us. (Stripe’s standard processing fees still apply, as with any card payment.)
How many email subscribers can I have?+
Your plan includes up to 5,000 email contacts — plenty for the vast majority of family studios. Need more? Low-cost upgrades are available — just reach out.
Can I send newsletters and market to my clients?+
Yes — email marketing is built right in. You can:
- Send beautiful newsletters to your list, personalized by first name
- See open & click tracking on every send
- Announce mini sessions, model calls, and re-book reminders
Your plan includes up to 15,000 marketing emails per month — enough to send your full list several times over. Booking confirmations and workflow emails don’t count toward that; they just work. And if you ever outgrow that, low-cost upgrades are available.
Where do I find the marketing tools?+
Inside your studio, under Email & forms → Newsletters. That’s where you write and send campaigns, and where your open/click stats live. Your model-call and website inquiry signup forms are there too, feeding new subscribers and leads straight into your pipeline.
Do the galleries create slideshows?+
Yes! Built in Every client gallery includes a full-screen slideshow, plus favorites and selections so clients can send you their picks, and a gentle watermark on every image.
How much gallery storage do I get?+
Your plan includes 50 GB of gallery storage. Because photos are automatically optimized to a crisp web size on upload, that stretches a long way — enough for hundreds of galleries. Galleries stay fast and light for your clients, too. Need more room down the road? Affordable upgrades are available.
Can I put my own branding on galleries?+
Absolutely. Your logo, colors, and studio voice carry through your galleries, portal, emails, and invoices — so everything your clients see feels unmistakably yours.
Can my clients pay online?+
Yes. Every unpaid invoice shows a Pay button on the client’s portal, so they can pay securely by card. You can also take deposits on mini sessions. It all flows to your own Stripe account.
Is my data mine? Can I leave anytime?+
Your clients and your content are always yours. You can cancel anytime — there’s no long-term contract. If you ever need a hand exporting your information, just ask.
